Two sisters from Rhode Island had completely different reactions when learning they were going to have a baby brother.
Giuliana, seven, and Grace, three, were each given a cupcake by their parents and were told to cut open the treats. If this cream inside was pink, the baby was a girl and if the cream was blue, that meant the baby was a boy.
Giuliana was very excited and ripped her cupcake open, revealing blue filling. “It’s a boy!” she said. However, when Grace learned the baby was a boy she was not impressed. In fact, she even refused to open her cupcake, saying “Oh no, I wanted pink!”
Grace cried and pouted the whole timing saying that it “wasn’t fair,” although we have to say it was pretty adorable. The video was taken in April 2015 around National Sibling Day.
Their baby brother Grant was born in October 2016, and their mom reports that both girls are wonderful big sisters. “They love him,” Guerard told ABC News. “They’re like little mommies. They look out for him.”
